Description

  • Panel dimensions:
  1. Length 90-3000 mm,
  2. Width 70-1000 mm,
  3. Thickness 8-60 mm.
  • The machine is composed of two Operating Units, top and bottom, equipped with totally 78 independent spindles,
  • Manual loading system with air floating loading table,
  • Right automatic unloading conveyor with belts for the automatic unloading of the panels,
  • Bottom and top operating Unit. Electrospindle with HSK D50 adaptor – 3.5 kW (4.8 HP) – air cooled. Controlled by inverter,
  • Bottom and top operating Unit. Grooving Saw Unit diameter 150 mm – 1.7 kW (2.3 Hp), for blind lengthwise grooves – Fixed working direction in ‘X’. Controlled by inverter,
  • BiesseWorks editor to be installed in the basic machine. A high-level software interface makes particularly easy and direct the machine programming.
