Description
The installation proposed here is an efficient nailing system, capable of providing numerous advantages to the pallet producers using it. This line was developed by experts in advanced technologies and therefor offers the following benefits:
- Rapid dimensions changes via electronic adjustment
- High production speed up to max. 10 pallets per minute
- Automated stacking of pallets

The line includes:
- Mechanical nailer with quick changeover for decks and 2-way pallets
- Nailing by independent jigs
- Transport system with a continuous chain movement cycle
- Hydraulic device for bending nails from below
- System for producing pallet decks with protruding boards
- Front counter to ensure perimeter accuracy on pallets/decks
- Independent movement system for each clamp
- Adjustable clamping level
- The stacking system installed at the unloading end of the nailer and arranges two elements so that the Robot can pick them up and put them down at the same time.
- Chain conveyor
- 6-axis robot for stacking decks/pallets
- Stack height: 2,400 mm (including supporting pallet)
- Maximum use load: 80 kg
- Chain conveyor for stacks of decks/pallets
Possible pallet dimensions are tailored to customer needs.
