Multiline saw with a large multi-groove drum with a diameter of 2.35 meters on the motor side and twenty large independent tensioning flywheels with a diameter of 2 meters. The multi-groove guide drum with a diameter of 0.6 m on the tensioning side provides even greater cutting precision. The motor drum, flywheels, and guide drum are covered with replaceable multi-groove belts.
The solid construction, consisting of two vertical rectangular columns with high resistance to bending and twisting, ensures high stiffness and maximum precision. Typical slab thicknesses can be quickly adjusted without moving the flywheels. A special automatic comb device prevents slab movement during the cutting process, avoiding cracks and facilitating the rope’s exit after each cut. The control panel monitors the movement of the block trolley after each cut, enabling an automatic sequence of cutting cycles.
