Components are transported by a conveyor system with a CFB belt with a sealed edge, driven by a motor with a frequency inverter. The outer side of the belt is placed outside the booth to prevent vapors from escaping. The drive shaft is powered by a brushless motor and a toothed belt, with ball bearings. The guarantee of the best feed parameters, acceleration, and deceleration ensures the highest quality of coating. New and patented PLENUM (patented air diffusion system). Through flow research, better lacquer management (savings), easier cleaning of the machine, and improved application quality are achieved. Unique transport management of the components with precise rotational speed control prevents contamination of the lower side of the workpieces when accelerating or decelerating.
