Storti’s team is constantly developing new technologies to apply to the machinery so as to produce high-performance sawmill lines to make life easier for the customer, this line offers advantages concerning many different aspects, more specifically, the benefits of the Canter Group 350/450 include:
- Low number of operators in relation to the quantity of lumber processed (4 to 6 operators)
- High processing efficiency
The system offered is a line developed to provide a wide range of processes,capable of transforming the incoming raw material completely and delivering a finished product of the highest quality. Specifically, the production process of this system is divided as follows:
- Milling (on 4 sides)
- Trimming
- Sawing with multiblade equipment
- Stacking
Variants of the machine in terms of logs diameter:
- CG 350 – max. logs diameter 350 mm
- CG 450 – max. logs diameter 450 mm
Variants of the machine in terms of logs length:
- Short logs – min. 800 mm, max. 3000 mm
- Long logs – min. 2000 mm, max. 6000 mm
For maximum throughput it is recommended to work with sorted material
Each project is treated individually. Both the machines in the production line and their processing capabilities are tailored to the client to optimize their work as much as possible.
