Construction:
- The press construction features steel beams, welded on precision equipment; reference surfaces are machined on CNC machines.
- The lower moving plate and the upper stationary plate are made of welded beams on precision equipment.
- The double rack-and-pinion system (longitudinal and transverse) ensures perfect parallelism of the plates during the movement of the lower plate up/down.
- The locking system of the moving plate ensures safe operation during maintenance activities.
Hydraulic system:
- The hydraulic drive unit (HAWE) with a double pump and a motor immersed in hydraulic oil, which reduces noise and improves lubrication of moving parts.
Electrical system:
- Main control panel (Siemens components)
- Operator control panel with a 7″ touchscreen display (SIEMENS KTP700 BASIC COLOR), equipped with an ETHERNET network for remote technical support (network access + service package required), allowing function settings and control.
- Electrical cables placed in appropriate protective channels.
- Emergency safety cable around the press.
Safety devices:
- Safety cord placed on the outside of the machine structure.
- Gear protection with a cover.
Steel heating plates:
- Steel plates designed for use with water or thermal oil as the heating medium.
- Maximum operating pressure: 5 kg/cm².
- Maximum heating medium pressure: 0.5 bar.
Heating system:
- Heating system with an electric heater for thermal oil (18 kW).
- Maximum liquid temperature: 130°C.
- The system is equipped with a circulation pump, open expansion tank, pipes from the boiler to the press, vent valves, electrical control panel, safety, and monitoring instruments.
- The boiler is supplied with the necessary oil for the initial filling of the system.
- Pipe insulation is not included in the supply.
