The Master Multi Pro S MX automatically creates a matrix of suction cups tailored to differently shaped pieces, requiring only one table setup with automatic suction cup activation. This smart system delivers significant time savings and increases productivity by over 30%, ensuring a high return on investment.

 

This basic configuration features a 5-axis head for complex machining projects, a 15 kW electro-spindle, and an automatic tool changer with 23 or 45 positions. A handbox allows for quick and simple positioning of suction cups and backstops, while the automatic lubrication system greases the axis components during movement to ensure smooth operation.

It comes equipped with a touch-screen monitor, a starter kit including backstops, suction cups, and cones, a cross laser for table setup, IC Stone Multi MX-Core CAD/CAM software, and a tool kit for milling and grinding. Additionally, two water flow switches protect the system by stopping operation in case of reduced water supply.
