Columns:

• The right and left supporting columns that hold the device’s columns, the lower arms guide the rails, and the upper arms are pressure arms.
• The movable bracket is on the right side, and the fixed bracket is on the left side.
• The motorized transverse movement of the movable column is driven by a ball screw with a closed loop, sliding along linear guides and pre-loaded with ball bearings in a closed loop.
• Electronic transverse movement of the movable column with an inverter controlled numerically.

Feeding:

• The feeding unit is powered by a geared motor controlled by an inverter for smooth speed adjustment, which is numerically controlled.
• The large drive shaft has a diameter of 80 mm and is equipped with a double-ground keyway.
