Description

• The SCS versions of the VE 500 11, VE 500 V10 and V14 straight-line edging machines feature an innovative spindle control system that provides a high level of automation.
• On these models, the spindles of the diamond wheels are motorized, and the pressure of the polishing wheels is electronically controlled by proportional valves.
  As a result, the wheels are always perfectly positioned automatically, without any manual adjustment by the operator.
  This improves the quality of the finished product, reduces production waste and optimizes the use and consumption of wheels.
• By using one of the most modern modelling systems (FEM, Finite Element Method), VE structures have been strengthened. The advanced dimensioning allows fabricating large, thicker glass sheets (up to 350 kg/m) without any concern.
• After many years of advanced research on materials, the patented Bavelloni conveyor does not need ball bearings because it is extremely precise and easy to service. The spindles separate from the electrical motor by a transmission belt can virtually eliminate vibrations and produce excellent grinding quality.
